Just read a fascinating article in Wired magazine about Stephen Hawking. He thinks in geometric shapes as cannot write mathematical formula down which has enabled him to go where other physicists cannot as they do not think that way.
This enabled him to have several breakthroughs even in areas where other very accomplished minds were researching but didn't breakthrough at all.
This obviously reminded me of LOI and that we have a massive advantage if we allow our minds the breakthroughs in a similar way.
It worked out quite well for Stephen Hawking...he is professed to be the cleverest human being alive!
I just wanted to share this as I often encounter coincidences which then lead to a better understanding.
Last month I had the opportunity to partner up with a kitchen fitter. He would do the fitting and I would do the sales and paperwork. I have many years experience in kitchen sales. Something didn't feel right so I decided to reject the idea and focus on building my SEO business with my business partner. The day after i rejected the kitchen idea we landed 3 new clients at $1,000 a month each with a view to more work next month.
I really feel that by opening my mind to new opportunities and following the ones that feel right enabled this breakthrough.
When you have that feeling of something not being right, go for clarity. Most people will operate based on a gut feeling they get. Some people even operate based on an idea of "what goes around comes around" or karma. And they live their lives by these ideas. It's the idea David Mills mentions in his material about the tendency to treat your mind like it's an oracle which serves you decisions and lets you pick the best one. But when you sit down and start to build out clarity in your mind, you'll have understanding, perfect understanding of why it wasn't a good move (or maybe it was) to work with that person. And it's a shame Stephen Hawking doesn't have LOI.
