Currently employed as an Account Executive at Gateway Exhibit Services in Partnership with Skyline, Michael had been President at Business Marketing Association in St. Louis from December 2008 until December 2013. During his tenure there, Michael Flavin provided overall direction for the annual operations of the chapter and the chairpersons. Masterfully, he led the Chapter to achieve these results: increase of attendance by 215%; achievement of profitability for all events, where previously all had lost precious dollars; increase of Chapter funds by a whopping 1500%; increase of membership by 186%; expansion of the Board of Directors by 150%. He spearheaded the hosting of the first-ever St. Louis B2B Marketing Summit by the BMA-STL, with no less than 9 nationally-recognized speakers attending.

Prior to his stint at BMA-STL, Michael Flavin was at Adler Visual Systems, Inc. as a Graphic Designer from December 2003 to May 2006. While there, he conceptualized and designed graphics and signage that served client needs in areas such as interior signs, exterior ground signs, exterior illuminated monument signs, exterior illuminated pylon signs, billboards, banners, promotional displays, and logo development. From September 2002 until December 2003, Mr. Flavin was Graphics Coordinator at EMG Graphic Systems, Inc., where he designed signage according to client needs and also developed and produced company marketing plans.

Currently, Michael Flavin is also President and CEO of his own firm, MRM Realty, LC.
